We will send you your data file in an spreadsheet file format, or any other standard (or custom) data interchange format you require: SPSS, databases, flat files, or even XML formats. We can also setup automated download of data. We can also perform basic SPSS tables of the data, coding of open-ended responses.

  • Dedicated Servers:

    • We own Dell servers running on FreeBSD and load balanced Apache web server.

  • Database:

    • We use an MySQL, PostgreSQL and flat files for survey data storage and backup.

  • Back-up Protection:

    • Our database is backed-up daily onto a separate storage device located within the data center.

  • Bandwidth:

    • 100 MB burstable bandwidth is provided by svwh.net with a redundant network of multiple fiber trunks and backup generators.

  • Firewall Protections:

    • All ports are locked down with remote transfers using Juniper Networks firewalls and VPN tunnels.

  • Session Id's:

    • We do NOT rely on the use of "cookies". All browser settings are supported by our platform.

  • Foreign Language Support:

    • Our platform accepts unicode which allows us to conduct surveys in virtually all foreign language sets including Japanese and Chinese.
