Richard Correia
Richard has gained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai before attaining post graduation degree in Information Technology from NCST, a govt. of India undertaking.
He has an experience of over 13 years Globally, in the field of Information Technology, Web Based Market Research and Web Development and specializes in identifying and understanding the needs of businesses to provide the best possible solution to the clients This experience showed him the importance of life long learning and self improvement and also provided an in depth insight into the Channel of IT.
As a co-founder of ZiZaTech, he shall be looking after development and delivering upon the long-term vision & strategy for the company along with new business development, key client relationship management.
Bringing about successful change is a core discipline in IT and that's what He like to do most,' he says. 'I'm not keen to just run a steady state.'
Roger D'mello
Roger is one of the co-founders of ZiZaTech, India's pioneering provider of outsourced solutions to the global Market Research Industry. As Chief Marketing Officer, Roger has overall responsibility for developing, and delivering upon, the long-term vision & strategy for the company in North America Region.
He is actively involved in new business development, key client relationship management, talent management and spearheading ZiZaTech's globalization initiatives. He brings with him a rich and varied experience in international business.
Roger's immediate past assignment were working with General Electric, Bank Of America and
Citizens Bank in the Six Sigma Process Improvement Projects.
Roger is a graduate from the Wayne State University, Michigan where he graduated with
distinction with a Master of Science Degree in Lean Operations Management with focus on
Data Analysis and Six Sigma. He has Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Having worked with
US industry leaders in Process Improvement background, Roger brings momentum to ZiZaTech's
business development in North America region.
